We are passionate about mental health and well-being, and advocate that everyone has access to a variety of social prescription activities that can help improve our overall Well-being.
Combined with our own deep love for Nature, we wanted to share safe spaces to walk, explore, learn, and connect to the Natural World. We invite you to learn how Nature can help us, so that you can begin your own journey to discovery.
Our real life events invite you to immerse yourself, learn about your surroundings, and find your very own Moments of Calm.
” Resilience, confidence, and a sense of peace are vital to our wellbeing. Vital for our physiological equilibrium.”

Inspiration
Nature does wonders for our wellbeing. We are passionate about this and love inspiring Moments of Calm. We do this by facilitating opportunities to explore your own relationship with the Natural World. We don’t provide therapy, we inspire it by giving you a safe space, along with the permission to stop, breathe and rest your body & mind.
Research
Promoting well-being is the foundation of what we do, and why we do it. There is clear evidence that improving access to nature and green prescribing can improve social welfare. We will continue to research and develop our relationship with the natural world including our history with it, so that we can explore all of the many benefits Nature has to provide so to be able to share it with our Calmers.
Ethos
Applying Forest School ethos, Countryside Code, and Leave no Trace values to work in partnership with the sites we use as sustainably as possible. We strive to improve our communities relationship with Nature and each other through education and the promotion of other nature friendly organisations.
Accessibility
For many, the outdoors can be a great place to build confidence and resilience. That’s why we welcome all folk and aim to work with those who could benefit from safe nature play and facilitating much needed safe spaces for people in the outdoors, supporting them to be themselves.
We recognise that people with protected characteristics might have fewer safe spaces they can be themselves. That’s why we welcome all folk, and we aim to work with organisations that support those whose confidence and resilience may have been affected by their experiences.
Sustainability
Sustainability is paramount when working with the Earth. Nature provides an abundance of many things, but the modern world challenges this abundance. Therefore, we promise to walk mindfully, forage carefully, as well as planting and replenishing the resources we work with along the way.
