Nature Walks
Testimonials
Our Nature Experiences resonate with many people for many reasons.
We love collecting their comments and feedback as it inspires us to keep creating and sharing these Moments of Calm.
Within our Not for Profit project, we create real life experiences, walks and activities for those who may need it most, as well as calming media content for the eyes, ears and minds of those that may not be able to easily access Nature. Spending time walking in Nature, led by our qualified leader allows you to switch off time, thoughts, and internal navigation systems, allowing you to build confidence and resilience in yourself, whilst building a deeper connection with your surroundings.
Whether you’re looking for a walking guide, interested in discovering the wonders of Foraging, or would love to host a communal campfire & tea ceremony, we have a range of walking experiences to learn, explore and immerse yourself in Nature with.
The Forest provides an environment like no other. A landscape to be entered that offers Natural Healing, for our body, mind and soul.
Stepping away from our desks, phone’s and responsibilities, we specialise in giving you permission to slow down, pause and stop for a moment.
Deep in the Forest, the trees provide us with an abundance of chemicals, smells, sights and sounds that can soothe our nervous system, and provide a moment of mindfulness and calm.
We will lead you into a space and invite you to listen, look, sit and breathe, teaching yourself how to immerse in Nature, teaching yourself to be present in the moment, observing your thoughts and connecting to your surroundings.
For all walks, experiences and activity days, we will provide a full itinerary, kit list, and info pack that will support your Nature Therapy journey.
Facilitated and led by Forest & Nature Therapy Leader, Abigail Louise
Remote Walks
Spending time outside walking isn’t as easy for everyone. There are many barriers we might face in being able to step out. It could be living in urban area makes it difficult to find natural spaces, or confidence in walking alone, or maybe health problems that prevent you from spending as much time outside as you’d like. We have been creating content and video’s for people to get a Moment of Calm from wherever they are. If you crave to hear the birds and swaying of the trees, if you miss the flow of water or the flutters the butterfly makes, follow us on Social Media for those moments of magic.
